Mavenlink delivers online business productivity software. The principal designer called me in to lend a hand as product offerings, new features, and new interactions were being developed and rolled out, at the same time as the visual system was undergoing a refresh. My role was to streamline the workflow, track details, and nail down specifications.
I prepared methodical interface screens for resource planning, financial management, and budgeting, translating AI sketches or wireframes into pixel-ready layouts for internal review and to test interaction patterns before live deployment.
Component action states and variations were built out, forming a reusable UI library.
Rich table layouts are a major pattern across the site. Ease of use, scanability, and discoverability are carefully balanced with the presentation of detailed information.
